CHCOLATE CAKE

CHOCOLATE CAKE


Ingredient
1) 75 g butter 
2) 65 gr dark cooking chocolate  3) 2 eggs
4) 40 g sugar
5) 80 cc of milk
6) 20 g cocoa powder

Description 

Way of making melted chocolate cake :

1. Dark cooking chocolate and butter melted
2. Stir eggs and sugar pake whisker, then add the milk little by little, add a dark cooking chocolate + molten butter earlier.
3. Once well blended, add cocoa powder, stirring until well blended.
4. Pour into small molds of small me-butter. (I pour into muffin tins, cake would doang 4)
5. Bake 200 degrees C for 11 minutes.
6. Serve immediately, to keep it melted.
