French Peas

French Peas

Ingredients
1 teaspoon butter
2 teaspoons water
2 medium fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/2 cup frozen peas
2 thin onion slices
Pinch salt, optional

 
Directions

Melt butter in a small saucepan; add all remaining ingredients. Cover and cook until the peas are tender, stirring occasionally. Yield: 1 serving.
