Potato and Sausage Casserole on my special way
A quick and very delicious recipe can be served to your family hope u like it :)
Ingredients
1)kilo potatoes about (5 large potatoes) sliced
2) 1/2 kilo sausage (about 8 or more cut into 3 pieces u may half fry the sausage in a butter 1st to take its taste or u may not just put it as its as u desire)
3) 3 large tomatoes sliced
4) 2 green pepper sliced
5) 3 onions sliced
6) salt and black pepper as u desired
7) 2 finely minced garlic
8) 2 cup of chicken broth
9)1/2 teaspoon chicken or beef spices (what available)
10)olive oil
Direction
1)in an oven pan place the sliced potatoes , onion , sausage and garlic add salt , black pepper and spices
2)place the sliced green pepper and tomatoes then add olive oil and chicken broth put it on a stove till it boil for just 5 minutes
3)then put it in the oven for 20 minutes
4)after 20 min check it, if its well done take it out ummmm it smells yummy
can be served with rice
