Chicken filet stuffed with cheese, salami and pineapples

Ingredients
6 pieces chicken filet
6 slices salami
6 slices cheese
pineapples (to taste)
breadcrumbs
salt
pepper

Preparation


Cut the filet lengthwise, unfold, and hammer. Add salt and pepper.

 Place a piece of cheese, salami and pineapples on the filet.

Wrap the filet and fasten with toothpicks.

Roll the filet in breadcrumbs.

Then place the filet on the frying pan and fry in olive or vegetable oil until ready.


served with french fries or rice and vegetable
